Baita Floriano 
La Baita Floriano, my favorite eating place in Sella Krnica is no longer open. They were almost three years since I attended most the saddle during the summer and yesterday with some regret that I discovered that the cabin is no longer open to the public. There are other stavoli equipped to serve food, but the climate and food does not taste the same.
The specialty of the Baita Florian was the only dish based frico resiano, frico with potatoes, polenta and sausage resiana. The dish was unique in every sense, that is also in the sense that the menu did not provide more. Now frico resiano resiana polenta and cooked in the outdoor spolert not scent the air around stavoli.
